Finance Director - Gillian Kozicki

Gillian graduated from UTS with a Bachelor of Business in 1985. She then completed her Professional Year and qualified as a chartered accountant in 1987. She stayed in auditing for two more years before moving into banking, where she stayed until she moved to Gordian Business at its inception in 1989. Her professionalism and extensive experience have seen the smooth running of all of the accounting and supervision of the administrative side of the business. As our financial controller, Gillian is responsible for the preparation and presentation of financial information; reconciliations and payables. She takes responsibility for the preparation of statutory accounts; annual budgets; financial analysis and tax compliance.

Recently, Gillian has strengthened her interest and expertise in helping clients to create a Compelling Place to Work. This will see her becoming more actively involved in this aspect of Gordian's work in the coming years.
