Gordian Business consultants always start with a blank piece of paper, which means we do not have a packaged solution for your opportunity or problem.

Our Action Consulting© assignments range from complex negotiation projects, to our IT guru giving feedback on systems integration within business groups. They are then better informed to be able to provide advice on systems, processes, structure, strategy and business planning. Workshops

Our workshops are designed to be structured, highly interactive learning experiences. We follow the principle of creating meaningful action steps that produce results. We incorporate both pre- and post - session activities to maximise the learning experience. Innovative processes are used throughout the workshops to challenge participants thinking and their mental models. All workshops include key notes for ongoing reference.

Gordian Business provides management coaching. This is designed to equip managers with the skills to enable them to lead their teams more effectively. We take management development one-step further, showing managers how to pass on their new skills to others. This trickle-down effect of our management coaching process is one feature that sets us apart from our competitors.

For those occasions where our clients require high impact interventions in a conference or seminar, we deliver keynote speeches to help motivate your attendees and keep them focused.

Research - Questionnaires and Surveys

We develop and deploy web-based surveys to gather qualitative and quantitative data. This technology driven approach allows for efficient, cost effective sampling whilst maintaining 100% confidentiality. By conducting surveys and questionnaires in this manner we are able to develop a deeper understanding of issues/needs within organisations and teams. Where appropriate, we conduct focus groups or individual interviews to validate findings.
