Leonie Cutts

Over the last ten years, Leonie has maintained a keen focus on the development and delivery of training products and approaches that add quality, interaction, fun and creativity to corporate learning experiences. Her key training areas are: management development, customer service, sales performance and creative presentation.

Qualified with a Bachelor of Education and additional studies in psychology, Leonie has more than 15 years experience in both management and staff development roles in national and multinational companies. Throughout this time she has learnt to place a strong emphasis on a manager's responsibility in staff development and achievement - a philosophy she weaves into much of her people development work.

As a presenter, Leonie is enthusiastic and always original. She has a warm, confident approach to adult education and is an expert at creating innovative, effective learning environments with a high degree of workplace transference.

In addition to her corporate training career, Leonie is an entrepreneur. She is the co-developer of a number of family and children's games manufactured under license by major toy and game companies around the world. She is also a passionate initiator of charitable and fund raising activities.
